Caroline Kung
Managing Partner & CIO, Women’s World Banking
Caroline Kung is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of the US Fund for Women’s World Banking Asset Management. She sets the strategic vision for the US Fund and leads deal execution and portfolio management of companies that improve the economic status and participation of women. Caroline has over 20 years of experience in investing, finance, and business strategy.
Prior to founding the US Fund, she was a Managing Director at H.I.G Capital, where she focused on complex private equity investments and value creation. She has deep experience in a wide variety of industries including business services, technology, consumer, and healthcare. Earlier in her career, Caroline worked at GB Merchant Partners, Merrill Lynch, and Armani. Caroline serves on the advisory boards of the Center for Women & Enterprise and the Women’s Foundation of Boston. She has been a speaker at numerous women’s investing conferences.
Caroline has an AB, magna cum laude with highest honors, from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jennifer Keiser Neundorfer

Jen is an operator turned investor who has backed over 50 early stage startups. As Partner and Cofounder of Flashstarts, an early stage venture fund in the Midwest, she discovered her passion for investing in visionary women at the earliest stage of their entrepreneurial journeys. As an operator, she launched and scaled media and advertising businesses at 21st Century Fox and YouTube.
She is a mother to two young children and juggles the demands of being a working mom. She has an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Harvard.

Jessica Delfino
Principle, Altas Partners
Jessica Delfino is a Principal on the investment team at Altas Partners in Toronto. Jessica focuses on investing in businesses within the specialty industrials market.
Prior to joining Altas in 2021, Jessica worked at Arsenal Capital Partners in New York, where she also focused on the specialty industrials market. Jessica began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in Toronto and New York in the Natural Resources Group.
Jessica earned her MBA as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Great Distinction from McGill University. Jessica was also selected by the Wall Street Journal in 2020 as one of Private Equity's 14 Most Influential Women of Today and Tomorrow and has a spunky two year-old daughter named Abigail.

Lindsey Gray
Partner, Pacific Lake Partners
Lindsey Gray joined Pacific Lake in 2022 as a Partner and leads the internal operations of the firm and works alongside the Partners and investment team on key strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Pacific Lake, Lindsey was a Partner at Two Sigma Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund. During her 5 years at TSV, Lindsey led the firm’s portfolio support strategy and team and worked closely with portfolio company CEOs to support their growth. Lindsey also ran the day-to-day operations of Two Sigma Ventures and was part of the Investment Committee.
Lindsey received a BA from Connecticut College with a double major in International Relations and Japanese and obtained an MBA from Harvard Business School. Lindsey recently returned to the Boston area with her husband and three daughters after spending 12 years in Manhattan

Miriam Tawil is a Partner at EQT Partners Inc. based in New York, where she focuses on investments in the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining EQT in 2022, she was a Senior Managing Director at Centerbridge Partners, LP, where she worked since 2012. Prior to Centerbridge, she worked at TPG Capital and in Blackstone's Mergers & Acquisitions Group. M&A and at TPG Capital.
Miriam received an AB in Economics from Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sona Menon
Head of North American Pension Practice, Cambridge Associates
Sona Menon is the Head of the North American Pension Practice. Sona has been with Cambridge Associates since 2001 and brings nearly 23 years of investment industry experience to her clients.
Prior to her senior roles in the North American Pension Practice, Sona spent over two years working in Cambridge Associates’ London office, where she served institutional investors located in the United Kingdom, continental Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, she worked at JP Morgan in the sovereign risk research department, as well as on the emerging markets sales and foreign exchange trading desks.
Sona received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Government from Cornell University. She is fluent in Spanish, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Megan Miller

Megan Miller joined American Securities in 2022.
Prior to joining American Securities, she was a Private Equity Associate at Berkshire Partners. Megan began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
She received a BS in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
