Daisy joined Bain Capital Double Impact in 2021. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Daisy worked at Abry Partners where she focused on investments in the tech-enabled services, software, and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Arby Partners, she was at Cerberus Capital Private Equity specializing in the consumer and healthcare space.
Daisy holds a Master in Finance from Princeton University and BA in Economics from University of Toronto.

Jane Levy Vance
Principal, Cove Hill Partners
Jane has spent the last 15 years of her career working with and investing in technology, consumer and media/telecommunications companies.
Prior to joining the Cove Hill founding team, Jane worked in corporate development at Opsgenie, an IT incident management software provider. At Opsgenie she worked closely with the management team on key strategic initiatives, including the sale of the company to Atlassian in October 2018.
Prior to Opsgenie, Jane worked at Bain Capital Public Equity on the technology team, investing in publicly traded software and services companies. Before that, Jane spent three years at Berkshire Partners, working as an investment associate in both its private equity group and its public equity affiliate, Stockbridge. Jane began her career at Morgan Stanley, working in the media and communications investment banking group.
Jane lives in Boston with her husband and two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and watching Grey’s Anatomy (yes, it’s still on TV!)

Namrita Rai
Principal, PSG
Namrita is a principal in the Boston office at PSG.
Previously, she worked at Arrowmark Partners, providing debt and structured equity capital solutions to growing businesses in a wide range of industries. Namrita also worked at Oaktree Capital Management, investing in and lending to small- and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. She started her career at RBC Capital Markets, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Namrita received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Danielle Waldman
Vice President, Silversmith
Danielle joined Silversmith Capital Partners in 2020 and is currently a Vice President. She focuses on investments in SaaS & Information Services, particularly Developer & IT Tools.
Prior to Silversmith, Danielle was a private equity investor at Vector Capital focused on infrastructure software and vertical applications. Additionally, she worked at Morgan Stanley in the Media & Communications Investment Banking group. Her passion for technology stems from her first job at MongoDB in operations.
Danielle is originally from the Boston area and is thrilled to be back near Fenway Park after living in San Francisco and New York. In her spare time, Danielle can be found outside either hiking in the summer or downhill skiing in the winter. Additionally, she serves on the advisory board of Brown Women in Business.
Danielle holds an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School and a BA in History from Brown University.
