Asha Mehta
Founding Managing Partner & CIO, Global Delta Capital
Asha Mehta, CFA, is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Global Delta Capital and the author of the book. Her thematic focus includes Emerging & Frontier Markets and Sustainable Investing.
She was previously an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Lead Portfolio Manager and Director of Responsible Investing at Acadian Asset Management. Early in her career, she conducted microfinance lending in India. She has traveled to over 80 countries and lived in six.
Asha was named one of the Top 10 Women in Asset Management by Money Management Executive and profiled as a “Brilliant Quant” by Forbes magazine. She is an active advocate of financial literacy and financial empowerment. She is a supporter of several related organizations, including Compass Working Capital and 100 Women in Finance.
Asha holds an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.S., Biological Sciences, and A.B., Anthropology, from Stanford University.

Barbara is a CEO & Founding Partner at Unicorn Growth Capital. She has over 16 years global experience in Financial Services spanning venture capital, private equity, investment banking and technology. Barbara has invested in, scaled and advised FinTech and financial services companies globally
She is a board member of the Web Foundation, an international non-profit focused on digital equality, founded by Sir Tim Bernes-Lee, inventor of the World Wide Web. She is also the former Chief Growth Officer and Managing Director for Africa of Element Inc. - a pioneer of mobile deep learning (AI) operating in the US, Africa and Southeast Asia. Barbara has worked on global transactions of over $15bn at various financial institutions, including as Vice President, Investment Banking at JPMorgan, New York and UBS.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Columbia University in the US.

Christina Dix
Managing Director, Bain Capital
Christina Dix joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2022. She is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Vertical and a member of the European Private Equity team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Ms. Dix ran Healthcare Investment Banking for Bank of America in Europe, Middle East and Africa advising a wide range of mid to large cap companies across pharmaceuticals, medical technology and healthcare services. She was a healthcare investment banker at Bank of America (previously Merrill Lynch) for 20 years and started her career as an Equity Research analyst at JP Morgan.

Ms. Dix received her MEng and MA in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.

Deepali Nangia
Partner, Speedinvest
Deepali joined Speedinvest as Partner in January 2022 with a focus on finding, funding, and supporting investment in underrepresented founders and driving forward our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy.
Before joining Speedinvest, Deepali co-founded Alma Angels, a community set up to increase the number of female angel investors in Europe who fund female-founded companies. She has invested in and mentored multiple female-founded companies, including PensionBee, Planera, Kama Labs, Sano Genetics, Shell Works, SideQuest, Juno Bio, Flown, Okko Health, Vine Health, Vaayu and Yhangry, among others.

Originally from Kolkata, India with a background in investment banking, private equity and operations, Deepali has a keen interest in technologies that are solving society's large problems in sectors such as Digital Health, Femtech and Climate Tech.
She lives in London with her husband, two children and a spaniel.

Ms. Chen is a Vice President at L Catterton. Prior to joining L Catterton, Ms. Chen was a Vice President at Lee Equity Partners where she focused on investments in the consumer, healthcare and business services sectors.
Prior to Lee Equity, she was an Associate at Bain Capital. Ms. Chen started her career as an Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group at Lazard.
Ms. Chen graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in History and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Eva J. Sudol
Senior Lecturer, HBS
Eva Sudol is a Senior Lecturer in the Finance Unit at HBS, teaching Finance 1 in the required curriculum of the MBA program. She is also a Partner at the Capital Group, a global investment management company. During her 28-year career at Capital, she worked as an investment analyst, equity research director and head portfolio strategy manager in New York, London and Geneva.
Before joining Capital Group, Eva was an investment banking associate for Goldman Sachs in New York and prior to that she was a project manager for Poland’s Ministry of Finance.
In addition to an MBA from Harvard Business School, she has a bachelor’s degree in economics and organizational behavior from Brown University graduating magna cum laude.
